User Responsibilities

As a user of prmpt, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Using the service in a manner that does not disrupt other users
• Using AI shortcuts and productivity tools responsibly

Limitations

In no event shall prmpt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use prmpt, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
